Living Rooms and Common Areas

• Dust and/or wipe-down top furniture

• Dust surfaces (trinkets restriction may be applied)

• Dust lamps and light fixtures (height restrictions apply)

• Dust ceiling fans (height restrictions apply)

• Dust blinds

• Dust window sills from inside (height restrictions apply)

• Vacuum and wash hardwood and tile floors (including under the furniture if easily accessible)

• Vacuum and wash hallways and stairs

• Empty, clean, and reline trash cans 

Kitchen

• Exterior of all appliances cleaned (interiors upon request)

• Stovetop cleaned (scrubbed by approval)

• Microwave exterior/interior cleaned

• Countertops and backsplash disinfected (all items removed and replaced)

• Move and clean all small appliances and items on countertop

• Front of cabinets spot cleaned (top of cabinets by request)

• Sinks scrubbed and disinfected (dishes upon request)

• Wipe tables and chairs 

• Dust blinds

• Clean window sills from inside (height restrictions apply)

• Floors vacuumed and/or washed

• All corners of the floors under cabinets washed by hand

• Empty, clean, and reline trash cans (not recycling)

Bedrooms

• Dust and/or wipe-down top furniture

• Tub and/or shower, and tiles scrubbed, disinfected and rinsed

• Shower glass door washed

• Countertops disinfected (all items removed and replaced)

• Sinks scrubbed and disinfected

• Front of cabinets spot cleaned (top of high cabinets by request)

• Dust light fixture 

• Mirrors cleaned 

• Dust blinds

• Toilets washed and disinfected inside and outside

• Area of the toilet cleaned by hand 

• All floor corners cleaned by hand

• Floors vacuumed and washed

• Matts vacuumed or replaced (if clean one is available)

• Trash emptied (under evaluation fee may be applied)
