• Dust and/or wash baseboards

• Closet floors cleaned (if easily accessible)

• Vacuum carpets

• Vacuum and wash hardwood and tile floors (including under the furniture if easily accessible)

• Move small furnitures and accents to clean the area 

• Vacuum and wash hallways and stairs

• Empty, clean, and reline trash cans 

Kitchen

• Wash and/or put away dishes

• All exterior sides of all appliances (interiors done by request)

• Stovetop cleaned (scrubbed by approval)

• Stove hood and microwave exterior/interior cleaned

• Countertops and backsplash disinfected (all items removed and replaced)

• Move and clean all small appliances and items on the countertop

• Front of cabinets cleaned (top of cabinets by request)

• Sinks scrubbed and disinfected (dishes upon request)

• Wipe tables and chairs 

• Wipe down all woodwork, door-frames and switch plates

• Dust and/or wipe-down blinds

• Clean windows from inside (height restrictions apply)

• Clean window sills from inside (height restrictions apply)

• Baseboards dusted and/or washed

• Pantry floors cleaned (if easily accessible)

• Floors vacuumed and/or washed

• All corners of the floors under cabinets washed by hands

• Empty, clean, and reline the trash cans (not recycle)

• Trash carried out to the designated place (under evaluation fee may be applied)

• Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined

• Light bulbs and light fixtures dusted and/or wiped-down

• Mirrors cleaned and shined

• Towels neatly hung and folded

• Toilet paper Elegantly folded

• Dust and/or wipe-down blinds

• Windows washed from inside

• Windowsills cleaned from inside

• Toilets washed and disinfected inside and outside

• Area of the toilet cleaned by hand 

• All floor corners cleaned by hand

• Baseboards dusted and/or washed

• Closet floors cleaned (if easily accessible)

• Floors vacuumed and washed

• Matts vacuumed or replaced (if clean one is available)

• Trash emptied (under evaluation fee may be applied)
