How we clean
Different cleaning services come with different intensity levels, which help determine the depth of cleaning required for your specific needs. Whether you want a light, regular tidy-up or a thorough deep scrub, knowing the intensity of cleaning you need can help you select the right service for your home and understand what it entails. Let’s break down the three main intensity levels:​

Light Intensity
This level focuses on light cleaning tasks like dusting and Swiffering, primarily targeting low-traffic areas of your home. It's ideal for maintaining cleanliness of areas in your home that don't require wiping or heavy-duty scrubbing. Light intensity is commonly used in Recurring and Maid services, which are done regularly, however that doesn’t mean it won’t be done during other service types.

Medium Intensity
This level involves wiping down and disinfecting surfaces in medium to high-traffic areas, such as countertops, tables, doorknobs, and light switches. It's perfect for areas of your home that experience regular use and need more attention than just dusting. Recurring and Maid services will incorporate medium intensity cleaning according to a surface’s needs.

High Intensity
This level involves scrubbing and wiping surfaces that see heavy use, like toilets, sinks, showers, and stoves. It’s essential for heavily soiled or high-touch areas that need a deeper clean. We proceed with this intensity in all Recurring and Maid service visits for heavily used surfaces, but even more so in Deep Cleaning, Move In/Out, Spring & Fall, and Real Estate services. These more comprehensive cleanings typically use high intensity all throughout your home to ensure that every corner is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
Each service utilizes different combinations of these intensity levels to match the scope of the job. For example, a Deep Cleaning is meant to be more thorough and will often incorporate medium to high intensity throughout the house. It’s ideal for people moving in or out, preparing for a special event, or just needing a complete reset. On the other hand, Recurring and Maid services typically sit on the other side of this spectrum, using lighter intensity to focus on keeping your home tidy on a regular basis. Nevertheless, intensity level will always be tailored to the surface and areas’ needs.
