Booking our Move In/Out Cleaning Service is the perfect way to start fresh. Whether you’re settling into a new home or preparing to leave your old one, we’ll ensure your space is spotless and ready, giving you a clean slate to build the home you’ve always dreamed of.

Living Rooms and Common Areas

  • Cobwebs removed

  • Clean interior Closets (cobwebs, shelves and floors)

  • Clean interior of built-in

  • Dust and/or wipe-down lamps and light fixtures (height restrictions apply)

  • Dust and/or wipe-down ceiling fans (height restrictions apply)

  • Wipe down all woodwork, door-frames, knobs and switch plates

  • Dust and/or wipe-down blinds

  • Clean windows from inside (height restrictions apply)

  • Clean window sills from inside (height restrictions apply)

  • Dust and/or wash baseboards

  • Vacuum carpets

  • Vacuum and wash hardwood and tile floors (if applicable under the furniture if easily accessible)

  • Vacuum and wash hallways and stairs

  • Empty, clean, and reline trash cans 

Kitchen

  • All exterior sides of all appliances (interiors done by request)

  • Stovetop cleaned (scrubbed by approval)

  • Stove hood and microwave exterior/interior cleaned

  • Interior of fridge, feezer, and oven

  • Countertops and backsplash disinfected (all items removed and replaced)

  • Front of cabinets cleaned (top of cabinets by request)

  • Interior of all cabinets

  • Interior of pantry (cobwebs, shelves, and floors)

  • Sinks scrubbed and disinfected 

  • Wipe tables and chairs (if applicable)

  • Wipe down all woodwork, door-frames and switch plates

  • Dust and/or wipe-down blinds

  • Clean windows from inside (height restrictions apply)

  • Clean window sills from inside (height restrictions apply)

  • Baseboards dusted and/or washed

  • Floors vacuumed and/or washed

  • All corners of the floors under cabinets washed by hands

  • Empty, clean, and reline the trash cans (not recycle)

  • Trash carried out to the designated place (under evaluation fee may be applied)

Bedrooms

  • Cobwebs removed
