Living Room and Common Areas

  • Cobwebs removed

  • Dust and/or wipe-down lamps and light fixtures (height restrictions apply)

  • Dust and/or wipe-down ceiling fans (height restrictions apply)

  • Wipe down all woodwork, door-frames, knobs and switch plates

  • Dust blinds and/or wipe-down

  • Clean windows from inside (height restrictions apply)

  • Clean window sills from inside (height restrictions apply)

  • Dust and/or wash baseboards

  • Vacuum carpets

  • Vacuum and wash hardwood and tile floors 

  • Vacuum and wash hallways and stairs

  • Empty, clean, and reline trash cans 

Live-In Listing or Occupied Property​

  • Dust and/or wipe-down furniture

  • Dust and/or wipe-down shelves, picture frame, mirrors and all decor (trinkets restriction may be applied)

  • Closet floors cleaned (if easily accessible)

  • Vacuum and wash hardwood and tile floors (including under the furniture if easily accessible)

  • Move small furnitures and accents to clean the area 

​Vacant Property

  • Clean interior of closets, 

  • Clean interior of built ins

Kitchen

​Always Done

  • All exterior sides of all appliances (interiors done by request)

  • Stovetop cleaned (scrubbed by approval)

  • Stove hood and microwave exterior/interior cleaned

  • Countertops and backsplash disinfected (all items removed and replaced)

  • Front of cabinets cleaned (top of cabinets by request)

  • Sinks scrubbed and disinfected (dishes upon request)

  • Wipe down all woodwork, door-frames and switch plates

  • Dust/wipe blinds

  • Clean windows from inside (height restrictions apply)

  • Clean window sills from inside (height restrictions apply)

  • Baseboards dusted and/or washed

  • Floors vacuumed and washed

  • All corners of the floors under cabinets washed by hands

  • Empty, clean, and reline the trash cans (not recycle)

  • Trash carried out to the designated place (under evaluation fee may be applied)

Live-In Listing or Occupied Property​​

  • Move and clean all small appliances and items on the countertop

  • Wipe tables and chairs 

  • Pantry floors cleaned (if easily accessible)

  • Clean and organize under the kitchen sink

  • Clean oven

  • Clean interior of Fridge and freezer

​Vacant Property

  • Interior of cabinets

  • Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined

  • Lamp bulbs and light fixture dusted and/or wiped-down

  • Mirrors cleaned and shined

  • Dust blinds and/or wipe-down

  • Windows washed from inside

  • Windowsills cleaned from inside

  • Toilets washed and disinfected inside and outside

  • Area of the toilet cleaned by hand 

  • All floor corners cleaned by hand

  • Baseboards dusted and/or washed

  • Floors vacuumed and washed

  • Trash emptied (under evaluation fee may be applied)

Live-In Listing or Occupied Property​​​​

  • Towels neatly hung and folded

  • Toilet paper Elegantly folded
